200,000 people and no hospital? That is absolutely insane. My town has 50,000 and we have *two* hospitals, both with ERs.

Let me tell you as an ER nurse: having Management companies take over ERs is a terrible idea. They know nothing of how specific ERs need to operate and they find ways to charge patients without giving good patient care.
