5am routines look great but omg the reality 🫠 I used to wake up tired no matter what… low energy, cravings, body feeling heavy and just trying to push through the day. it got frustrating thinking I was the problem. nothing helped. then I saw people talking about Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by (loren green) in a forum. I tried it and wow, 30 lbs down, steady energy and I finally feel balanced again. honestly feels like hidden info nobody talks about, my favourite one

My son doesn’t eat sandwiches or anything so I just put tons of snacks basically in his lunch bag 🤷🏼♀️he eats like half of it and eats real meals at home. As long as he’s eating I truly don’t care!

My kid asks for the weirdest lunch. Haha. I bet the teachers wonder if I have any food at home. He wants plain sourdough bread. A few slices of crispy bacon (on the side). Strawberries, grapes and carrots. And a yogurt gummy bites. I wish I could make him more exciting food but nope.
