That’s what he means by vibration, and those vibrations carry information. So in a sense, everything is in communication, including you… through your thoughts, your emotions, your state of being. Some of the Universal Laws being spoken to here are: Law of Divine Oneness Everything is connected. There is no true separation between you, others, or the universe, only the appearance of it. Law of Vibration Everything is in motion. Nothing is truly still. Your thoughts, emotions, and physical reality all carry a frequency that interacts with the world around you. Law of Correspondence (“As above, so below”) The same patterns exist at every level of reality. What happens on a large scale is reflected on a small scale, including within you. Law of Rhythm Life moves in cycles. There are natural highs and lows, and each phase has its place. Understanding this helps you move with life instead of resisting it. Law of Cause and Effect Nothing happens without a cause. Every thought, action, and choice creates a ripple, even if you don’t see the outcome straight away. Law of Polarity Everything has an opposite. Light and dark, joy and pain, they are part of the same spectrum, giving each other meaning. Law of Mentalism Reality begins in the mind. Your perception, beliefs, and focus shape how you experience the world. Law of Generation Everything holds both masculine and feminine energies, creation happens through their balance. It’s less about physical gender here, and more about the interplay between doing and being, structure and flow. Let me explain how we are one. So we know that we have subconscious and the conscious mind. But the reality we experience is our super conscious mind which is the projection of all that we believe, accept and expect. You don't know what happens in the subconscious mind, similarly the super conscious don't know what is happening in your conscious mind. The subconscious knows what happens in your conscious mind, while the conscious knows what happens in the super conscious, the reality. Subconscious can influence the conscious, similarly our conscious mind influence the reality which is the super conscious. The people in that reality are just your projection that's being reflected.. The projection starts from subconscious. In to Our and not out to in unless if you do one thing. That is, All minds connect when you do a deep meditation where you disconnect from everything and become nothing, no one, in on time at nowhere. That's how I understand how we are all just one.
