it's not loaded. no oil on potatoes,use butter.bake in oven for an hour.covered in foil. shred chicken add ranch, bacon bits,cheese.set a side, once the potatoes r done add butter,sour cream, ranch,bacon bits,cheese,chives,and a home grown tomatoes. salt and pepper to your liking,add chicken and enjoy
