give pt antifungal like nystatin and wite if disappear this oral thrush ,but if not disappear do biopsy to confirm. but from first thinking about oral thrush because can scraped off.

Geographical tangle , allergic rxn I it could be treated by surgery or alternatively, but it will be a continuous treatment of the signs if you use anti-allergic drugs so maybe surgery is a solution
