I think behind it as , when she’s saying “the gardeners have planted white roses and she asked for red” and Alice responding “you could always paint them red” is about how it is accepting things out of your control , yet still making the best out of it. Moving on and improving the things that are out of our control… it may not be that deep but I like over analysing things lol 😭
