I went outside in the evenings and took a walk around the neighborhood. Hubby and baby would join too. It felt so nice to get out of the house but not have the pressure of gettting dressed and presentable to be in public lol

Yes! 5 weeks pp. A big thing that’s helped me is making my bed. Even if I still lay in it later just making it first thing just helped start my day so much better
