Q-tips. Take two. Wet then with contact solution and pinch your contact out gently

🚨EASIEST WAY: use the pad of your finger to softly pull down the lense and blink at the same time! It'll cause the contact to start to fold on itself and pop right out!!

If you don’t wanna pinch the lens with your knuckles just pull it downward and it should fall out 😭 at least if you have soft contacts… I only ever take them out like that

i find it easier with nails you just pinch the contact with the tips of your nails

Take one qtip and bend in half like tongs! If that doesn’t work rest your thumb flat under your eye and use the pad of your index finger to roll your contact onto your thumb!
