i just realized that even in everyday life i do things that show i don't trust myself, like even at work today (im a server) i kept double and triple checking what i wrote down because i just automatically assumed something had to be wrong and i wrote it down or put it in the system wrong, i feel like thats slowly seeping in the my shifting journey as well 🫠

exactly right, as shifters we move through timelines, these timelines are infinite existing in layers, your identity creates reality, when you desire something a timeline lightens up, but that is not enough, you have to live in the time line. What helped me was asking myself “why do I want to be in my dr” and I came to the conclusion I wanted to be free, happy and loved. I was chasing those desires, then I stoped chasing and instead became them knowing that is my identity, now SHIFITNG is no longer a must, it’s an experience I choose. I’m no longer longer believing my dr is what will “fix” my life but an experience I choose.
