I started foundation .8mg. I need to lose 20 pounds, but I that is not my main concern. I have PCOS, fatty liver, sleep apnea and high triglycerides. I’ve lost weight and drink less alcohol after drinking nightly. I want to remain on the lowest dose. Your advice please?

My insurance doesn’t cover weight loss medication and I’ve been getting my zepbound from a compounding pharmacy. Would I be better off trying to get foundayo? It’s cheaper than compounded tirzepatide

I chose Foundayo because I already take thyroid medication and it seems like everything interferes with it. It’s hard enough to take medication on an empty stomach, no way I would succeed with 2. So I can take Foundayo at any time. I only need to lose like 15 pounds but I’m also working out again. Plan to use it temporarily.
