I tried so many nervous system hacks 😩 breathing, cold showers, meditation… but during menopause my body still felt wired and anxious all the time. Nothing really stuck. Then someone in a menopause group mentioned Menopause Transition Playbook by Lisa Grant… I finally feel calm, sleep is deep again and I lost 26 lbs. feels like something they don’t want us to know

something that helps me is i look around me at everything and i tell myself there is litterally nothing wrong rn i am fine and safe and everything is okay. just looking around and realizing that really helps. idk if that makes sense but yea
