My biggest fight for the past 18 months. QUIT CUTTING FUNDING TO MEDICAL TRAINING!! Your 68W training cannot and should not be “OTJ” or white space. Medicine isn’t a make it up as you go skill. It’s to fluid and to dynamic of an industry to just train to the lowest standard because leadership values other training. Remember, when you’re on the battlefield bleeding out thinking of your wife and kids, it’s that medic and their training that’s going to save you. Don’t train to a budget!!!
