Brilliant. Just remember HR protects management first and foremost. But you nailed her by recording this (are you in a state that allows one party consent to recording? assuming you didn't tell her you were recording? if you are, this is even more valuable). She's is basically saying the quiet part out loud and discouraging you from going to HR, and that discouragement/implied threat is even more serious if you're going to HR on the basis of protected bases (gender/disability/age/or other protected classes per eeoc)
