@easyonthesugar: This is my first attempt at recreating my FAVORITE @Newk’s Eatery strawberry cake. It’s VERY good… but I already know what I’m changing next. 1. I want a punchier more vibrant strawberry flavor! Will probably end up either using more strawberry puree, adding freeze dried strawberries, or @Bonne Maman US strawberry jam. 2. I want the crumb to be just ever so slightly more tight. I want to see little to NO crumbs when cutting into the loaf but for it to still have a nice light and soft texture. Otherwise this is a really awesome start! I COULD definitely stop right here but I want it to perfect! 🙃 Let me know if you want this recipe! Happy to share. 😊 #strawberrycake
