c'est vraiment le pire passage de tout le processus. Avant d'avoir à le faire on pense que c'est l'examen en lui même le pire 🤣 J'ai passé la nuit aux wc et le matin je me suis dit "plus jamais!" 😂 Par contre c'est tellement satisfaisant une fois de retour à la maison avec un bon repas et une bonne sieste

MiraLAX is tasteless. Also there’s Sutab which is 24 pills. But if you have issue with constipation it may not work terribly well

the taste is so bad. I had to have chaser. havent done that since 19 20. but everything clean so don't have to go back for 10 years
