Maybe on the fourth day, take a break to decenter yourself. Anytime I break a rule, I “discipline” myself my putting myself in time out for a day or two or if I see myself constantly watch charts I take time to decenter lol I come back more level headed

stop using prop firms. they are feigned to take money from most people to pay the few. it's a crooked scheme. paper trade and then use options for leverage while managing risk

No more prop firms!! Save up money over the next 6 months. At the same time- paper trade every day. Every. single. Day. For six months. Record every single trade on paper and document why it was a win or fail. Study charts every day until you're seeing graphs in your sleep.

Set rules and follow them .. do not allow yourself to lose $250-350 per trade and when you lose get off until the next day don’t revenge trade and don’t force a trade and when you win don’t get greedy and trade again cause you’ll probably just lose what you just gained

My funded futures you can pass on one calendar day but 2 trading sessions. Once you hit your profit target you can hit the upgrade button on the dashboard and go funded immediately. Only downfall is there is no $100 resets like take profit trader
