the egg selling mindset story does not factor in the price of feeds, the manpower, logistics, farm maintenance, chicken vitamins and medicines, bad eggs, and many other factors. there is also the point of interest for the mortgages he took.

in a perfect world this would work, but you need to factor outside elements like loss, logistics, demand, this would Only work if you keep adding more investors so you can cover the loss while turning their cash into stocks
