They constantly drain credits while generating videos (which fail most of the time), and repeatedly flag content you actually own as unusable. On top of that, their customer support is AI-driven and completely unhelpful.

Not only does the AI hold the bottle by thin air as if there’s was a side handle they also pop open the lid and drink from the wrong side of the bottle, opposite where the actual mouth spout would be lol
