if an officer pulls a gun on a citizen they better have good reason. having your hands in your pockets isn't a good reason when you're not being arrested for doing anything illegal. so a Joe Schmo can be walking down the street and has their hands in their pocket that means an officer has every right to pull a gun? this officer needs to be fired ASAP
