I'm here and from 2026 there are more riding on the curbs and Hochininh city is much safer now with new laws protecting citizens and tourists. I've been in this city for the last few weeks and my teenagers are walking around with iPhones and purses without fears now. Cameras are everywhere and the new laws are working
