@bent.and.wonky: Time to cover the seed with a bit of compost. Normally I would also cover with some garden fleece but I thought I'd try something different. Not the best compost to use. Ideally I would have like to use some peat free looser compost, but it's what I had available so oh well. It should help to protect the seed from the birds, keep it warmer and provide some nutrients #bentandwonky #lawncare #garden #lawn #grass
