The vibe is great, the team is genuinely friendly, and yes, it’s dog-friendly. 🐾 Now, small cultural note from a French perspective… Where I come from, “fancy toast” wasn’t really a thing. When bread went hard, we made pain perdu, soaking it in milk and eggs so nothing was wasted. It wasn’t about brunch. It was about making the most of what you had. So I always find it a little funny seeing toast turned into a full experience. But I have to admit… this one was worth it.
