@thecopticbrother: Why did I choose to go through the NHS for TRT when I’ve been managing it myself for years? Simple — to prove a point and share the reality. It’s easy for people to assume TRT is just something bodybuilders do, or that men are just “guessing” they have low testosterone and taking things into their own hands. But that’s not the full story. I chose the NHS route to highlight how hard it can actually be for men to get support, get tested properly, and be taken seriously. And also to show that low testosterone is a real medical condition — not just a gym trend. Too many men are walking around feeling exhausted, low in mood, struggling with recovery, low libido, brain fog, and being told it’s just stress, age, or lifestyle… when sometimes it’s actually low testosterone. Some facts worth knowing: • Testosterone levels in men have been declining for decades 📉 • Studies show average testosterone levels today are significantly lower than men of the same age 20–30 years ago • Around 1 in 4 men over 30 may have testosterone levels lower than optimal • Many men go undiagnosed because symptoms are often ignored or misunderstood This journey isn’t about shortcuts or trends — it’s about education, awareness, and removing the stigma. TRT isn’t just for bodybuilders. It’s for men who genuinely need medical support and want to feel like themselves again.
