Hi bug nerd here I was told to come help you. They look like Phyllophaga Crinita to me, aka June/May beetles. Their classification is: insect, pterygota, Coleoptera, polyphaga, scarabaeiformia, scarabaeoidea, scarabaeidae, melolonthinae, tribe rhizotrogini, phyllophaga, trichesthes. They really like to surround lights at nighttime, so chances are they see the light in your room or the reflection on the window and that’s why they’re swarming. They can’t bite or sting humans, so you don’t have anything to worry about aside from them maybe flying at your face. They’re not very smart.
