Make the chicken mix Blend the chicken breasts until smooth. Add egg, cornflour, and all seasonings. Mix until fully combined. 2. Shape & freeze Shape into nugget-sized pieces and place on a tray. Freeze until firm. 3. Make the batter In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, and seasonings. Slowly add sparkling water until you get a smooth, slightly thick batter. 4. Coat the nuggets Take frozen nuggets: Lightly coat in flour Dip into batter 5. Fry Heat oil and fry nuggets until golden brown and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes). 6.
