I was unemployed for almost 2 years at a point in my life. There was a job that my friend kept referring me to but I was absolutely not qualified at the time. Fast forward 6 months, during that time I studied hard day and night and earned my certifications. I had interviews back to back with them ghosting and never getting to the last round. My last interview before I gave up I messed up so bad, I ended up crying and praying to God. I took a good month break and changed my mindset that what’s meant for me will be for me. My friend again referred me to the same job again that was still opened. For the first time I actually read the qualifications and realized everything I’d been working for in the last 6 months what they were looking for. The interview was a breeze, HR and hiring manager was so nice. I got hired right away that same week and the pay was 6 figures, a lot more than what I had asked for originally. God works in ways we don’t see, but he definitely puts us through was is meant for us and that’s always something better for us.
