Super helpful q & a. Have to unlearn the flossing twice a day per dentist and perio hygienists recommendations which may result in some teeth recession. Makes total sense. 👏❤️

My mother, grandfather, stepfather all dentists. I’ve never hurt of the no flossing and that seems dangerous information to spread. Is this bc of the plastic? And what about toothpicks?

Should I get my teeth cleaned? I’m 15 and when I was younger I didn’t rlly brush and I have some plaque buildup from then but now I’m taking care of my teeth but I still have plaque ect that needs cleaning; I was told that cleaning doesn’t damage my teeth in any way
