its easy for a child to disown a parent when they wrong u, but trust me a parent, no mater how bad the situation was or is will never ever give up or disown u. this is so sad. 1 day u will wish u never gave up on having a relationship with her. today u might have everything in life but that can all be taken away in a flash then u will be yearning for that support cos only a mum will ever feel ur pain. I feel broken listening to this.

Grieving parents who are still alive is a different kind of pain. It’s not about loss in the physical sense, it’s the slow acceptance that they may never be who you needed them to be. You mourn the support you didn’t get, the understanding that never came & the love that always felt conditional 💔
