Hey! i noticed your matcha is stored incorrectly, having it in direct light and not stored in an airtight container will cause it to oxidise. this will make your matcha taste bitter and powdery. also adding the matcha to your water is going to cause it to mix unevenly and be powdery. on top of all of this your whisk is looking old so it might be time to switch that one out, if you open up the bristles and look at the hidden part above it you can often find mould there so id keep a look out for that :)
