I’ve been a fan of hers for a while because I’ve worked in Antarctica for three seasons, and both her and Jessica Meir (another astronaut) have worked for the Antarctic program. I’m working in the Arctic (literally right this moment) after leaving another project on a sailboat in Mexico. I am a freelance filmmaker who doesn’t have / want kids, and I am as happy as a clam.
