As a manager, I support this decision. While I may not get there early, in fact most days, I don’t come in at all, I really like knowing that there would be a space there if I did come in. I think this will help motivate people to set career goals to reap this kind of benefit. Just kidding. I’m not a manager. And this is stupid.
