honestly, finding a doctor that genuinely cares and is there to support you makes a huge difference. I broke down sobbing at an appointment with a new doctor, just because she listened to me and didnt dismiss me. I was so overwhelmed and relieved, I just sobbed!

This happened to me when I saw my oncologist last month. It hit me out of nowhere and I was not expecting it at all. I absolutely believe it is normal. All she did was ask how I was doing.

I have had to say to people more than I would like to admit “don’t be nice to me… if you look at me like that and be nice to me I AM going to cry”. It says a lot that so many people have so much right at the surface, that someone just being kind takes us out 🥹
