So I tried making something people are calling “Amish ibuprofen”… And it’s literally just: dandelion 🌼 rosemary 🌿 and apple cider vinegar 🍎 That’s it. No fillers. No mystery ingredients. Just plants that people have used for generations. Now I’m not saying this replaces anything… But it does make you think. We’ve got things growing right in our yard that people used long before everything came in a bottle. Maybe it’s not about choosing one or the other… Maybe it’s about having more than one option.
