I use the hard block gel packs that are made for soda cans/baby bottles and those stay frozen with a soft sided cooler on the bottom of my pump bag.

I would purchase like the thick jelly ice pack that like come with overnight medicine. I had them and it literally frozen my milk with like an hour and it was freshly expressed milk

I’ve only used ice with my yeti, never the ice packs and I have no complaints. I had ice for days and ended up dumping ice when the trip was over. I’ve also used it to keep the teams hamburgers warm and it worked perfectly.

Get bottled water and freeze it then use them as your ice packs

Freeze water bottles and put them in there. It lasts longer than ice packs.
