As someone in their 20s. Financing a car helped me get a reliable car, and build my credit which we apparently all need so so bad to get anything. So I would recommend doing something like that, but make it a small loan like 10k or less. Mine was 15k at 17 or 18. Got it paid off and have good credit and a reliable car. Glad I financed.

*don’t finance a car you can’t afford. I’m 20 with a car note still contributing to investments, HYSA, and looking to start a business soon once my HYSA and stock market goals are met. Just don’t buy a house lol🤣

From personal experience. You will have an extremely hard time getting approved for anything without a HUGE down payment unless you have credit history. Cards and small loans dont count. Car/house payments do.

Yeah don’t listen to this dude you need to finance a car early so you can build credit. Get a reliable vehicle either a Tacoma or a frontier, or get a Mazda sedan.
