Why do everyone just say the same rude things. I understand they have the rights to film but just by being a nice person and explaining their in the right of law and not doing a crime by filming will deescalate the entire conversation

If he truly was working on an investigation, you are obstructing justice by demanding now I don’t believe that he’s a police officer, but if he is and he’s on an investigation, perhaps is logical to assume that he’s undercover and cannot divulge his identity for security reason therefore this guy does not have the right to question who he is and what he’s doing especially if he’s already told him conducting an investigation. Also an amazes me how people can clear all of this up by simply going to Google and finding out about if he has the right to film on a public street, which he does furthermore, he also has the right to film or photograph anything that’s in his line of sight, including this guy’s business.
