The bigger the distance gets with someone the more space there is for someone else to step into the picture. I don’t question it, if someone wants to leave space for someone else to stand closer to me that’s none of my business, I trust its making space for the right person

I have tried this but it’s exhausting, you just find someone aligned with you and got clarity around how you prefer communication moving forward that’s that simple so no going back and forth and playing games it’s a team effort.

As someone who just went through this over the past week, everything you said is completely true and makes so much sense. I’m glad I’m finally seeing it now. It’s like once I became emotionally regulated, calmed down, and started focusing on myself, I was able to accept that if things didn’t work out, I would be okay either way. That peace changed everything. Now he texting me and talking and its no more of me chasing him.
