peanut butter or other nut products. My son's favorite food is peanut butter but I try to avoid major allergens if possible so others don't have a reaction.

Oreos. My son is in prek and he loves to scrape the cream off with his hands and it gets messy. He gets them as a treat at home only 😅

my son won't eat them so i obviously don't send it anyway but as a pre-k teacher, PLEASE DON'T SEND HARD BOILED EGGS. makes the whole room smell like straight fart when they open their lunchbox. 🤮

Anything seafood . Chicken , beef , pasta , wraps only as mains . Never know what others are allergic too and smells can be triggering .

not a parent yet but anything microwaveable shouldn't be packed lunchroom normally have one to two microwaves for about 70 kids at once lunch is normally about 25 minutes by the time the lunch is heated they have to get back to class unless they get to it first

My mom wouldn’t pack our lunches. She said it was cheaper to buy school lunches. The lunch ladies at my school made really tasty lunches for us

My main thing is to never pack anything "new" in his lunch for a first time try. I want him to be full for the day so I don't want to take the risk of him not liking something and not eating it. otherwise, a balanced lunch was always my goal!
