I think the only study that needs to be made is how to make financially and mentally stable women want to have children. because history has proven that the reason women had many in the past was because they were not financially/ mentally stable enough to choose not to. now that women can choose not to, what systems are to be put in place to make them want to?

A huge assumption that the individual making the money chooses. More money for a man means more options and the likelihood of unplanned children increases. Unless the study somehow proves that people CHOOSE based on income, rather than a woman who works a high paying job having less partner choices or less sex, then we must assume you are inferring based on your personal bias rather than analysing data

I’m seeing a lot of jumping to conclusions and not looking at the full picture here, women are more than “gatekeepers of sex” and real women are more advanced than “find big strong man to provide and I’ll let him hit ooga booga” I’m not arguing with that study at the start but I think if you read the comments you’ll see why that’s happening. This dangerous ideology arising which reduces people to their sex and is really just regression in terms of equality needs to stop. As a woman I want to be respected and treated equally, not provided for and protected.
