@jakekocherhans: You don’t have to listen to me, but if you’re looking for guidance and advice on how to get rid of your SIBO, reflux, or other gut symptoms… PLEASE find someone who has already come out on the other side, or someone who has helped others do the same. Take advice from someone who has either been through this process themselves, or is actually in the trenches every single day working with clients. Not someone who is speaking from theory or reading from a textbook, but has never worked with a client a day in their lives. There’s a HUGE disconnect between understanding a concept in theory, and actually have a deep understanding of how it plays out in real life because they have years of hands-on experience. Especially in the era of AI and ChatGPT - you’ve got all the info you could ever ask for at the tip of your fingers. But information does not = results. The nuances & details matter. And if I could give one piece of advice for any area of your life… it’s to stop trying to reinvent the wheel, and follow the path that’s already been laid from people who are exactly where you want to be. That is all. 😌🎤

Hi again! I commented on one of your previous videos a few days ago about my situation (16 years old with methane SIBO), and I really appreciated your reply.
I just had a couple more questions, so I hope it’s okay to ask here.
My mother and I have already spent around €300–400 on supplements because we were trying to follow a SIBO protocol ourselves (with phases like preparation, kill phase, and gut healing). We haven’t started yet, but we already bought things like oregano oil, enzymes, and other supplements that are often recommended.
So I’m wondering — if I were to work with you, would I still need to buy additional supplements, or could I use the ones I already have?
And could you give me an estimate of the monthly cost of your program?
Thank you so much!

I have gastritis along with being deficient in B12 and Vitamin D. I have all the tell tale signs of Sibo, including the rosacea on the face. Constant bloating after meals and rotating bowel movements between constipation and diarrhea. I do not have medical insurance so my question is how much is your program?

Completely agree! I remember when I was on my health journey that I followed a gastritis Facebook group, and while it was nice seeing that I’m not alone and some pieces of info was helpful, it made me so depressed because the majority of posts were negative and the admin was commenting saying, “no, you must not have any of this piece of food for 90+ days or else you have to start over” and things like that. Though elimination diets and protocols may work for some, not only may it not apply to you but it may not even help you! We are all individuals who often need individualized care, so im honestly so happy I made the jump and worked with you! Thank you so much again for everything!! About to be 20 weeks pregnant next week and even though I’m having pregnancy cravings and aversions, my gut has been able to handle pretty much all food without issues! AND I have still found ways to still maintain a healthy (or at least as healthy as my cravings/aversions will let me 😂) diet and relationship with food even when pregnant thanks to you! Thank you so much again for everything! I really hope you and your beautiful wife are doing well! 🤗

Can taking PPIs and antacids cause iron deficiency anemia? I’ve been dealing with acid reflux for about 2 and half years. I take pantropazole, tums and Pepcid. Still have flare ups. Well now I have anemia but I have no GI bleeding. I can’t imagine a world where I don’t need a PPI
