Not checking TSB’s first, then putting 3 oil pans and resealing one and still not fixing the problem please stay away from aftermarket shops.

I for one hate people that just use silicone to seal Parts together. I personally Buy a sheet of gasket material and make my own gaskets I still might use some silicone on them to stick them but normally not needed. this new crap and way of doing repairs just does not cut it for me and I am in my seventies so I've done this for a while.

Do procedures not require to turn the motor over? I have an old 7.3 that needed an oil pan that had a sealant and Ford wanted you to turn the engine over to prevent oil mixing with the wet sealant while it was drying.

You didn’t check the old pan with a straight edge for flatness? And just sold a new pan?

Weakest point is the oil pan on those 2.7's and the 6.7 power strokes any issue with the pvc system and bam oil pan leak.

Boosted Saleen :
With those plastic oil pan you have to use certian wipes to get the adhesive to cure properly as per ford, and let the siicone sit 24hrs with no oil in it.
