Love you knowledge and content Dr. Lisa. I just finished 12 weeks of PT for plantar fasciitis and I’m so much better now. One single leg exercise which has helped me a ton is single leg calf raises. Is there anyway to load the exercise with a dumbbell or kettle bell that you can recommend? I don’t want to end up with weak calves again 😭
