Pratik tavuklu sebze çorbası 🤌/Easy Chicken & Vegetable Soup recipe👇🏻Tadına bayılacaksınız, mutlaka deneyin. 🥳 MALZEMELER • 4-5 adet baget • 2 adet büyük boy patates • 1 adet büyük boy havuç • 1 adet domates • 1 adet soğan • 2-3 diş sarımsak • 2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı • 1 tutam maydanoz • Yarım limonun suyu • 1 çay kaşığı tuz • Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber • Yarım çay kaşığı kimyon • 1 çay kaşığı kırmızı toz biber • 1 litre su YAPILIŞI Tüm malzemeleri tencereye alın ve tavuklar iyice yumuşayana kadar pişirin. Ardından tavukları tencereden çıkarıp didikleyin. Çorbayı blenderdan pürüzsüz olana kadar geçirin. Didiklenmiş tavukları, maydanozu ve limon suyunu ekleyip 1-2 dakika daha kaynatın. Deneyecek olanlara şimdiden afiyet olsun. INGREDIENTS * 4–5 chicken drumsticks * 2 large potatoes * 1 large carrot * 1 tomato * 1 onion * 2–3 cloves garlic * 2 tbsp olive oil * A handful of fresh parsley * Juice of ½ lemon * 1 tsp salt * ½ tsp black pepper * ½ tsp ground cumin * 1 tsp paprika * 1 liter water INSTRUCTIONS Add all the ingredients to a large pot and cook until the chicken is tender. Remove the chicken, shred the meat, and set it aside. Blend the soup until smooth. Return the shredded chicken to the pot, then add the parsley and lemon juice.
