You can get an Avalon at 13 years old for the same price as the Camry. I paid 14k for a 2014 with 72k miles on it.

All of them are a little bit overpriced, but the best middleground is getting the post facelift Camry that was refreshed in 2015 that looks a lot better and offers a lot more technology, especially on the hiring trims and still has that reliable Toyota to it unfortunately though the 2018 through 2024 Camry Honda took a dip and reliability with it. Eight speed automatic transmission issues.
