This is tough because along with that I also have nutrient deficiency and pretty severe anemia. So I just feel like crap all the time. I'm taking my supplements and hoping it changes soon! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I'm 39 and have alot of hair loss/thinning on the crown and temples of my head. (never had this problem before) had my 1st kid 2 years ago but I'm sure this isn't postpartum. wondering if it's perimenopause or hormonal imbalance.
