Mine isn’t a lump it feels more like a flat and squishy like a vein. There’s no pain and it doesn’t hurt from touch but recently I bled due to pressure from a bm and now it’s sensitive but no pain. I’m just not sure what it is.

I get frequent superficial tears on the hole skin when I have a hard way out . Could applying oil or Vaseline help with preventing these superficial tears?
