Yeah. But it’s not 100% black or white. It’s like 50-50. In my company (international big company), we have Muslims girls with hijab or cover their hair in Evry service (like chef accountant a black hijabis). And we play in the locker room we use for sport and bring in our prayer mat. It’s not optimal but we still practicing

Tbh in a way it’s not as bad as it seems, like sure it’s not easy, but that built our strength as a community. I love how resilient and supportive we are with each other. Not to mention that now in france you will never go to a city where there is no Muslim… and im not even talking about Paris area, even in the villages
