Really butter is great for you. Margarine and fake butters are very bad for you. Butter is make from just cream and salt. Not chemicals. So enjoy your BUTTER!!!

Butter is great for you. But makes sure it’s REAL: butter, cream and salt. No seed oils like canola. There’s a good one by Land O Lakes that adds olive oil to it.
