they are so toxic though :( I had 3 and that was enough to give me mercury toxicity. I had them placed without my consent. I didn't know they used mercury until I got in the car and looked in the mirror. I then had to pay out of my own pocket to get them removed 9 years later. I saw both a holistic and conventional dentist who both confirmed that because they are metal, they are always expanding and contracting causing tiny little cracks further damaging teeth, so besides being toxic, they are literally damaging your teeth. look on the IAOMT website and you can see how toxic it is. you can find SMART removal certified dentists in your area on there too. I ended up with one that wasn't certified and talked to him about what extra steps he takes to ensure safe removal (as they are so toxic) and he followed enough of the proceedure to make me feel comfortable using him... and then followed the detox recs that the receptionist at a holistic office said when I called. I used a natural detox (basically supporting the natural detox systems God gave us... vit c, vit e, charcoal before removal and for about 2-3 weeks after, supporting bowel movements so the mercury binded to that charcoal leave the body before it the charcoal has time to unbind, chlorrella and at least 3L of water a day since your body ditches a ton of mercury through urination)
