Newly qualifieds still can’t get jobs. Bank rates still aren’t great but my trust has just brought agency back for safer staffing levels

Nursing hasn't got better, but I can tell you miss it, hence the video. I left for 10years but did return to practice and I'm male.

It’s still the same! I left the NHS, moved to working for a Telehealth company remotely 9-5 so love it now and it saved me leaving nursing all together thankfully

Still no jobs for NQN. Probably Half my cohort doesn’t have a job yet university still taking on lots of students when there isn’t job stability! Crazy x

I am a SNA getting qualified in October. Let alone RNA job there are no even RN jobs. No funding for top up either. Rates are still same even for bank even less shifts for 24/7 RNs. Nothing has changed

It’s hell it’s horror it’s getting worse. Still terrible for agency I believe NHS trusts are struggling financially. Not seen a STN for a hot moment either
